And I haven't had a chance to read the Tom Hall piece yet, but I understand your guy's no longer so private fantasy. We also desperately need an Alamo Drafthouse here in Southern Cal as well. I've got my eye on several decaying or not so decaying neighborhood theaters, most of which are barely squeaking by right now.
