I did learn that Willis was the fourth actor offered the role, though. And MOONLIGHTING was fatally hurt by the strike. So you're probably right. Didn't the last writer's strike allow for Bruce Willis to take a break from Moonlighting and do Die Hard, a movie he had previously thought wouldn't fit his schedule?
