The problem I see is that Arrested did not "go out with a bang and leave the winning war."  They got canceled after 3 seasons, and with pleas to NOT cancel written into the script, no less.  If AD had premiered now it would have lasted at least 2 more seasons had they wanted to do it.  The show was a few years ahead of its time, falling victim to the waning, but still significant post-9/11 social conservatism in this nation.  Put this up against 30 Rock today and you would have one hell of a ratings war.

The point is that AD went out with a whimper, succumbing to an audience that wasn't quite ready for what it had to offer.  This is the opportunity to prove that AD was a great venture, rather than a failure, which - despite the DVD sales - is the way look now.</description>
