You left out the cameos in the 1972 film "The Candidate." There were several: Sens. Hubert Humphrey, George McGovern and Alan Cranston; L.A. Mayor Sam Yorty; and Rep. Jerome Waldie.

You left out Jimmy Carter in Zemekis' 1979 comedy "Used Cars", where they tap into the Presidential Address satellite feed to run a comercial that goes awry. Makes me wonder if Zemekis has had any other Presidential cameos aside from Forrest Gump & Used Cars?
