Yeah, some of these are ok i guess, the professor X one is a good idea, but some of their backing stories aren’t as exciting as others.
I would love a Rogue Origins, but her story isnt too tragic/exciting.
Gambit origins would be pretty good too, though.
Maybe a Mystique Origins? :3 I dunno, my imagination runs wild.

And yeah, although gambit still made me squeal like the little fan girl i am, the actor who played him was disappointing.

X-Force?.?. Not that i’m aware of there is talk always about cool new projects, But as for now there should be another movie about wolverine & Xmen. Avengers will set the pace for heros collaberating on the big screen. So we need to get it right, Now thats gonna be tricky getting all different types together on this.

All you peolple complaining about XMEN movies, 1st it was about the casting of Hugh, Would the midget from fantasy island be betta? And all the colorful spandex? Now the BS about sabertooth.?.? Bottem line, we want different types people to see our movies not just 35 year old comic collectors & it works, should we go back in time to the spiderman look from the 70s TV show? Get a clue were making movies worth billions not comics worth A buck. By the way how are comic sales these days? If there doing Betta ITS BECAUSE OF THE MOVIES!!!!

i think the last few characters are not good cannidates for movies. i believe an xmen 2009 comic trilogy would be really nice to see especially how some of the once heros become evil and magneto becomes leader of the new group. i also think a movie based on Rougue would be better then tabitha smith. honestly i think we would want more characters that are more popular then the characters who werent so appealing. this is just my 2 pennys on this topic. either way Marvel will im sure continue to bring our childhood memories to life…

Iceman? If you have the 2-Disc special edition then look on the second disc at X-MEN Up Close, you learn all the histories of each X-Men, Iceman’s is good, he was out with his girlfriend and thugs began beating him up, so he had to use his powers, revealing them for the first time in front of his girlfriend. He had to try and hide it from EVERYONE else.

He got put in jail for his own safety after the thugs raided his house in hope of killing him, Scott Summers comes to save him but an angry mob form outside and attempted to hang them both, until Professor X saves the day!

I have a question…………all these Hero movies being made…..does this happen to have anything to do with the Marvel Ultimate Alliance console game we can play on our PS2s? Storm, Wolverine, Ironman, Ghost Rider, Cpt America, Black Panther, Spiderman, Elektra, DareDevil, Thor, All the Fantastic 4, Blade, Silver Surfer, Dr Strange, Spider Woman, etc? Does this mean they are trying to bring the game to life?

Hello! I loved your article….one thing though…..
A Mystique Origin movie would not only give a chance to Xplain that she is NightCrawlers mom but Rogue’s as well…….and how she convinced her to turn on Ms. Marvel leading her to draining her powers enough to keep her superhuman strength and flight, which us long term followers are use to seeing her have.
The Original students were Beast, Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Angel. This has already been thrown off halter by Angel joining them in X3.
When can we anticitpate seeing X4? Us followers know that Professor X does not have the ability to walk through his paralyzing fight with Apocalypse….so, does this mean since he transferred himself into the other man’s body that the villain in X4 will be Apocalypse? Leading to injuring him again?
Just curiosity running here……

What will make this Movie more interesting than any other marvel movie is the “Plot” and that’s sticking to the bio of the character “Ororo Munroe a.k.a Storm”.Allow us to believe that Halle is the character by bringing back the features and recognition of Storm (White Hair, blue eyes, dark skin, and Kenyan accent),and give Stan Lee and Cockrum their props for making Storm. Halle Berry might not be dark skin, because she is our modern day Storm, and she is the only actress up for grabs and she seems to be more dedicated now than ever. She and the portrayed character deserves this personal screentime and I’ll be the first one to know if it’s in development (making). This will probably make more money than “Xmen Origins: Wolverine “, and my money is on Storm movie. This will bring Marvel Inc. back to the top depending on who directs and produce. My major point to this meaningful opinion is to allow 20th Century Fox consider this everyones wildest of dreams. The whole point of Storm being created and born (first appearance 1975) was to allow her to stand out from the crowd, and she was born with an attitude of a leader. Do not get me wrong she is an Xman, but before she became an Xman known as Storm, she was Ororo Munroe (and still is), we need to know and bring her to cinematics instead of just seeing her as animated. Halle Berry decided to do this not only to help her career get back on top (due to her daughter Nahla), but to make it up for, well, ruining Storm for us. I agree with those who hated Halle as Storm because she looked liked she was playing dress up, but that’s the fault of the: make-up, no blue eye contacts, no kenyan accent, dreadful hair, and most of all no tiara, or original costumes. These are all of the things which made others have second opinions on Storm being their favorite Xmen Character. I, once again want this film to have time put into it like the other Marvel & DC films (”Superman Returns”, “Watcmen”, “Incredible Hulk” and Fantastic Four films to name a few). 20th Century Fox I know this can be made possible, it’s just a matter of time.
